Principal Hardware Diagnostics Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop diagnostics software for hardware health monitoring.
• Build diagnostics agents, tools and analytics frameworks for diagnosing issues across blade-level
• Identify, isolate and resolve hardware issues in Graphcore AI infrastructure platforms.
• Develop automated diagnostics to monitor system health with engineers and automation systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, cloud infra, and automation teams to improve diagnostics
• Contribute to remediation workflows and insights for hardware fault scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing automated diagnostics for hardware platforms.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and C++.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and system-level diagnostics tools.
• Experience with monitoring, telemetry, and diagnostics across distributed systems.
• Collaborative, able to work with firmware, hardware, and cloud teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
