• As we scale, Behavox is looking for a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner. Drive people programs
• London-based leadership role partnering with across functions to align talent strategies with
• Lead organizational design, team scaling and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly.
• Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters and ensure compliance with UK frameworks.
• Partner with HRBP for North America and COEs to deliver a unified employee experience.
• Mitigate risks and drive large-scale HR initiatives with minimal disruption.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS or deep
• Deep business acumen and track record supporting rapid growth and change.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent judgement, stakeholder engagement, and ability to lead through influence in diverse
• Strong ability to manage complex, nuanced employee matters and deliver results under tight
• Proven capability to build scalable HR programs and processes in fast-paced settings.
