🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech (AI/SaaS/deep tech).
• Deep business acumen and track record supporting rapid growth and change.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent judgment, stakeholder engagement, and communication across geographies.
• Ability to lead through influence, manage ambiguity and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong HR program design, performance management, and analytics mindset.
