• Handle sensitive people data with strict confidentiality and judgment.
• Cultivate AI capabilities to address challenges at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Expertise in org design and restructurings.
• Trusted advisor to VP/SVP level leaders; able to influence and coach.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with employee data and headcount models.
• Excellent judgment; high EQ; builds trust across functions.
• Experience at high-growth SaaS or fintech with globally distributed teams.
