• Strategic HR partner for G&A functions (Finance, Legal & Compliance, People & Places)
• Partner with senior leaders on org design, restructurings, and culture shifts
• Guide calibration cycles and performance conversations with discretion and care
• Operate with confidentiality in handling sensitive data and restructuring plans
• Champion AI initiatives to scale people solutions
• Use engagement data and signals to surface org health risks and action plan

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience
• Expertise in org design and leading restructuring initiatives
• Trusted partner to VP/SVP level leaders; able to influence and coach
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with AI tools, engagement metrics, headcount models
• Excellent judgment, high EQ, and ability to build trust across cross-functional teams
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company
