Principal IAM Engineer Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of CIAM capabilities for a regulated financial environment
• Serve as technical authority across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, product, and delivery
• Author detailed engineering designs and secure authentication/integration patterns
• Guide implementation teams and shape long-term CIAM platform evolution
• Drive engineering quality, security, and technical consistency across the platform

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive software or identity engineering experience (Senior/Lead/Staff/Principal)
• Deep hands-on CIAM design and implementation experience for enterprise-scale apps
• Expert knowledge of modern identity platforms: PingFederate/PingOne, ForgeRock, Okta, Microsoft
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML; strong authentication/authorization flows
• Security-focused: passwordless, MFA, session/token management, API security
• Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native architectures, and DevSecOps practices
