📋 Description

• Consequence-driven role focused on execution and growth of Onebrief’s work on the NGC program.
• Own outcomes for schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program success within government contracts.
• Lead planning, reviews, and milestone execution across internal and external partners.
• Balance government expectations with contractual obligations and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of operational planning, defense acquisition, or large headquarters
• 10+ years managing Government Programs of Record in defense tech.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate across internal teams, customers, and
• Experience owning large government programs with schedules, scope, stakeholder management, and risk
• Navigate ambiguity, balance priorities, and engage government stakeholders with strong
• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI; travel ~50% to locations like Orlando
