📋 Description

• Own internal comms strategy with KPIs, goals, and accountability.
• Lead strategy and hands-on production for exec messages and all-staff materials.
• Manage internal newsletter content strategy, calendar, and channels.
• Define standards for Slack, email, Confluence; calendars and style guides.
• Lead quarterly All-Staff Meetings (200+ attendees) with engaging programming.
• Collaborate with People & Culture on change management and employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive internal communications; nonprofit/advocacy/tech preferred.
• Senior advisor to executives; strategic counsel on sensitive org matters.
• Define goals, benchmarks, and success metrics; hold the org accountable.
• Systems-level mastery of how comms affect engagement, culture, and outcomes.
• Exceptional writing and content development with a portfolio.
• Autonomous work across time zones; strong judgment and discretion.
