📋 Description

• Own the recommendation and search personalization strategy across product surfaces
• Build end-to-end ML systems — data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and production
• Drive relevance through rigorous experimentation and translate gains to measurable user outcomes
• Develop scalable, privacy-first ML architecture addressing data access, compliance, and security
• Mentor engineers, raise ML fluency, and serve as internal authority on ranking and personalization
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate model behavior into product outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building recommendation and/or search systems at production scale
• Strong ML fundamentals: ranking, retrieval, feature engineering, model training/evaluation
• Ability to connect model improvements to measurable user/product outcomes via experiments
• Strong software engineering: reliable pipelines, maintainable code, debugging distributed systems
• Clear communication with Product/Engineering; align cross-functional teams on direction
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
