Principal Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead manufacturing scale-up, capacity expansion, and projects to improve operational efficiency in
• Manage full lifecycle CAPEX, equipment, and automation projects: budgeting, build review, vendor
• Provide technical leadership for validation across the project lifecycle: commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ
• Support manufacturing workflows, equipment, and automation systems; apply strong skills in
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation with clear scope, schedules, risks
• Ensure engineering activities align with IVD, ISO 13485, GMP, and internal Quality Management

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree (Manufacturing, Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related) or equivalent
• Typically 10+ years in controlled manufacturing settings (IVD/diagnostics/Pharma/medical devices
• Proven track record leading manufacturing scale-up, validation, and operational excellence in
• Extensive experience in validation, quality systems, regulatory adherence, risk management
• Strong knowledge of automation, equipment integration, and control systems; experience managing
• Problem-solving ability for high-complexity technical challenges
