📋 Description

• Lead manufacturing scale-up and capacity projects
• Manage full lifecycle CAPEX, equipment, and automation
• Provide technical leadership for validation across projects
• Support manufacturing workflows, automation, and controls
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to handover
• Resolve complex manufacturing, equipment, and quality issues

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 10+ years in controlled manufacturing (IVD/medical devices preferred)
• Proven leadership in scale-up, validation, and operational excellence
• Experience with validation, quality systems, regulatory adherence, risk management
• Knowledge of automation, equipment integration, control systems
• Strong documentation, communication, and data-driven decision making
