Principal ML Scientist – Predictive Toxicology

📋 Description

• Lead scientific strategy for predictive toxicology and quantitative biology
• Develop ML models with molecular AI techniques (GNNs, transformers)
• Apply federated learning for collaborative model development
• Integrate multi-omics and screening workflows into scalable solutions
• Collaborate with customers/partners on evaluation and roadmap
• Translate complex scientific problems into practical AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in computational biology, toxicology, ML, or related field
• 6+ years applying ML to drug discovery or life sciences
• Strong DL knowledge for molecular AI and predictive modeling
• Proven toxicity model development and adoption experience
• Knowledge of DILI, cytotoxicity, genotoxicity or related safety endpoints
• Experience with RNA-seq, toxicity screening, high-content imaging data
