Principal OpenStack Engineer (Post-Sales)

📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship with a small number of strategic customers (5–8) across MOSK, MKE
• Build deep knowledge of each customer’s architecture, use cases, and platform strategy.
• Drive product integration by expanding Mirantis usage into new workloads and environments.
• Lead technical alignment between customer teams and Mirantis Product/Engineering.
• Run regular technical cadences remotely and on-site at customer locations.
• Partner with Support on high-impact cases and drive improvements from lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated track record with large enterprise customers and platform adoption.
• Expert-level Kubernetes operating knowledge (lifecycle, networking, storage, security
• Strong Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with OpenStack core services: Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Glance.
• Hands-on Neutron networking with OVS/OVN, VLAN/VXLAN, SDN concepts.
