Principal Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design vision and strategy for key areas of Halter's farmer-facing product
• Own end-to-end design from discovery to launch, including interaction and visual design
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define what, why, and how it should work
• Turn complex, ambiguous spaces into simple, intuitive experiences
• Balance multiple product surfaces and systems to serve the broader product
• Leverage in-field insights and data to inform design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with senior/lead-level experience
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with polished portfolio
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to push work forward
• Fluency with AI in design processes and product experiences
• Systems thinking and ability to fit into a larger product ecosystem
• Excellent judgement and ability to influence stakeholders
