Principal Product Excellence Manager, Core Business Transformation Products

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional work with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, and partners
• Manage Vanguard and other customer programs and referenceable deployments
• Coordinate onboarding, deployment timelines, and issue resolution with engineering and services
• Collaborate with inbound product team to influence strategy using customer feedback
• Develop case studies and reference materials with Marketing and Value teams
• Partner with pre-sales to connect reference customers to opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing roles spanning product management, customer success, or related areas
• Experience with Source-to-Pay, procurement, supplier lifecycle and contract management needs
• 6+ years partnering with executive stakeholders
• Experience positioning or implementing AI solutions, including GenAI
• Strong ownership, execution bias, data-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel up to ~15%
