Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define the Agentic AI infrastructure product strategy: vision, roadmap, execution
• Build foundational agent infra products: Open Harness Server, Sandbox, Action Gateway
• Work with agent-native customers to translate needs into product requirements
• Create simple abstractions for complex workloads: long-lived agents, sessions, credentials
• Shape the developer experience with intuitive APIs, CLIs, docs, and examples
• Partner with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs for scale and security

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product leadership in infrastructure or developer platforms
• Fluency in agentic AI systems
• Technical depth in cloud primitives (containers, MicroVMs, sandboxing)
• Customer-backed product instincts
• Executive communication and influence
• Category-building mindset
