Principal Product Manager - Conversation AI

📋 Description

• Define and drive the long-term product vision for HighLevel Conversation AI
• Own the complete Conversation AI system, including prompts, knowledge, actions, flows, APIs, and
• Set product principles for when to answer, ask questions, take actions, or hand to humans
• Collaborate with Engineering and AI leadership on LLM orchestration, retrieval, and cost
• Build evaluation frameworks for grounded accuracy, safety, and business outcomes
• Partner with Design to simplify agent lifecycle and improve integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of PM experience in complex B2B SaaS, AI-agent, CRM, or platform products
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor (Principal PM, Staff PM, or equivalent)
• Strong ability to translate customer problems into strategic product decisions
• Deep understanding of AI-agent product design, including LLM behavior, retrieval, and orchestration
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and agency/franchise environments
• Excellent written communication and influence without formal authority
