Principal Product Manager- Conversational AI

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice
• Define interfaces partners embed in apps/websites and drive conversational design
• Partner with enterprise clients to shape requirements and launches
• Hands-on design work in Figma to produce flows and wireframes
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools to test flows
• Define quality metrics for conversation resolution and containment

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management with principal/lead ownership of a customer-facing product
• Design fluency; able to craft flows and basic mocks in Figma
• Ability to prototype with code to test AI-driven features
• Hands-on frontend experience and credible engagement with engineers
• Strong partner-facing experience with enterprise clients
• Data-driven approach with AI/automation metrics and quality practices
