Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Drive product discovery by interviewing customers and target users.
• Own product strategy and define roadmap with executives.
• Contribute to solutions with knowledge of business constraints, customers, and tech limits.
• Advocate for customer needs by understanding observability challenges with Dash0.
• Be accountable for outcomes; measure if shipped solutions solve the problem.
• Set, track, and manage product KPIs; report to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep observability knowledge; OpenTelemetry and Prometheus expert.
• Software operations experience — operated non-trivial software in production.
• Strong data analysis skills; derive insights from complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration with product teams, stakeholders, and executives.
• Leadership and mentorship to elevate others.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
