🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with high-scale B2C across mobile/desktop.
• Proven success improving conversion funnels via strategy, analytics, experiments.
• Strong quantitative/analytical judgment for funnel data and segmentation.
• Expertise in experimentation (A/B) and when to apply testing.
• Excellent product intuition for financial decision products and trust issues.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear priorities and actions.
