📋 Description

• Own the transition of global sales operations into autonomous workflows.
• Define architecture and scaling strategy for GTM agentic ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into AI platform/engineering tasks.
• Build and maintain AI roadmap aligned with data strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, strategy, or enterprise program management in sales
• Deep GTM lifecycle knowledge: CRM architecture, lead-to-opportunity flows, enterprise data modeling.
• AI-agent orchestration experience across model/platform choices for GTM impact.
• Consultative mindset with senior cross-functional influence and high EQ.
• Adaptability in high-ambiguity environments; strong lifecycle management of AI agents.
• Hands-on experience architecting, building, scaling AI agents.
