📋 Description

• Internal AI product management role within Coupa's AI COE.
• Own two agentic portfolios: HR/Talent Operations and Marketing/Brand Operations.
• Lead roadmap, automation strategy, and operation of agentic ecosystems.
• Bridge HR/Marketing leadership with AI Platform and AI Engineering teams.
• Define architecture and scaling strategy with AI Solution Architects.
• Drive governance, brand safety, and talent compliance in AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, strategy, or enterprise programs (ATS/HRIS or
• SaaS Domain Expertise: deep knowledge of talent acquisition lifecycle or marketing operations.
• AI-Agent Orchestration Mindset: ability to orchestrate agent architectures with platform decisions.
• Consultative Mindset & High EQ: influence senior leaders and manage organizational change.
• Operational Discipline: focus on post-launch success, adoption metrics, and governance.
• Strategic AI Fluency: anticipate model capabilities and translate to roadmap requirements.
