Principal Product Manager - Identity Threat Detection & Response

📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
• Own plan for non-human and AI agent identities, modeling service accounts, workloads, secrets, and
• Collaborate with threat researchers and detection engineers on identity-specific threats.
• Drive response and containment strategy, turning detections into action with identity integrations.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand identity attack requirements and product needs.
• Develop investigator experiences integrating identity signals with SIEM/XDR data.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM/XDR/EDR/identity
• Deep identity security knowledge: AD, cloud identity, SSO, OAuth, privileged access.
• Fluent in non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
• AI/ML fluency: behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems.
• Bias to action with ability to iterate quickly using AI tools.
• Strong leadership across a matrixed org, remote-first, with autonomous judgment.
