📋 Description

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic
• Manage the plan for non-human and AI agent identities in Elastic Security. Model service accounts
• Work with threat research and detection engineering focusing on identity-specific threats like

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products
• Identity Security Depth: Knowledge of identity-based attack techniques, Active Directory, cloud
• Non-human Identities: Fluent in service accounts, workloads, secrets, and AI agents and why
• AI and ML Fluency: Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape, behavioral analytics, anomaly
• Bias to Action: Ability to move fast, run experiments, and use AI tools to accelerate decisions.
• Management and Influence: Experience leading across a matrixed organization in a remote-first
