Principal Product Manager - Identity Threat Detection & Response

📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
• Own the plan for non-human and AI identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
• Collaborate with threat research, detection engineering, and customers to align on identity threats
• Drive response and containment strategies, with automated actions and human oversight.
• Partner with enterprise customers and solution architects to shape product needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or security product delivery (SIEM/XDR/EDR/identity security).
• Deep identity-security knowledge: AD, cloud IdP, SSO, OAuth, privileged access; ITDR and UEBA.
• Fluency with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, AI agents).
• Strong AI/ML fluency: behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems.
• Bias to action with ability to run fast experiments and use AI tools to accelerate decisions.
• Proven leadership across a matrixed, remote-first org and strong communication skills.
