Principal Product Manager - Identity Threat Detection & Response

📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR in Elastic Security.
• Model and govern non-human identities: service accounts, workloads, AI agents.
• Collaborate with threat researchers and engineers on identity threats.
• Drive response/containment: turn detections into action with automated ops.
• Engage enterprise customers to gather identity attack requirements.
• Develop identity-focused investigation experiences in SIEM/XDR workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product mgmt or solution delivery for security products (SIEM/XDR/EDR).
• Deep identity security knowledge: AD, cloud identity, SSO, OAuth, privileged access.
• Fluent with non-human identities and continuous identity behaviors.
• Strong AI/ML fluency: UX for identity, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems.
• Bias to action; able to lead in a remote-first, matrixed org.
• Excellent communication; advocate for security analysts and defenders.
