Principal Product Manager - Identity Threat Detection & Response

📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security
• Own non-human and AI identity identities lifecycle and behavior standards
• Collaborate with threat researchers and detection engineering on identity threats
• Drive response and containment with identity-system integrations and automation
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand identity attack requirements
• Work with design to develop investigation and response experiences emphasizing identity

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management/security product delivery (SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or
• Deep knowledge of identity-based attacks and identity fabric (AD, cloud identity, SSO, OAuth
• Fluent with non-human identities: service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents
• Strong AI/ML fluency: behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems
• Bias to action with ability to learn from experiments and use AI tools to accelerate decisions
• Experience leading across a matrixed, remote-first organization
