Principal Product Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Own platform strategy and multi-year roadmap for Core Platform pillars.
• Partner with engineering to define scalable architectures for mass scale.
• Translate constraints into product requirements, roadmap, priorities, and KR.
• Define and maintain platform SLAs, metrics, and health dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, marketing, sales, and services.
• Stay current on AI infrastructure, real-time systems, and enterprise SaaS design.
• Represent Outreach at events and with strategic customers on platform/AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PM with 5+ years owning developer-facing/platform products.
• Deep technical fluency across distributed systems, microservices, streaming.
• Experience shipping high-throughput SaaS platforms for enterprise.
• Proven track record defining strategy for shared platform capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp PRDs and exec briefs.
• Prior AI/ML experience: RAG infra, MCP orchestration, tuning.
