🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management at senior/principal level
• Proven track record launching and scaling products with business outcomes
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing, and financial forecasting
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct management authority
