📋 Description

• Own product line architecture, commercial logic, and ROI story.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across legal, finance, and operations.

• Drive outcomes through teams owning customer journeys and behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience at senior/principal level.
• Healthcare, benefits, insurance, or fintech domain background a real advantage.
• Experience launching new product lines with regulatory and commercial pressure.
• Strong business ownership mindset with P&L and ROI focus.
• Compliance-adjacent fluency and ability to lead with counsel.
• Financial modeling depth and ability to stress-test pricing.
