📋 Description

• Own the relationship between Elastic Security’s product org and strategic enterprise accounts.
• Prioritize and translate customer requests into a coherent product direction across multiple areas.
• Manage enhancement requests across many enterprise customers, ensuring momentum through the system.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, with 4+ years in B2B enterprise software.
• Direct experience with named strategic accounts; hyperscalers, MSSPs, and/or PubSec a plus.
• Security domain knowledge: SIEM, SOAR, XDR, security operations platforms.
• Structured requirement writing, RFx support, and cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at C-suite levels and align stakeholders.
