Principal Product Manager- Time to First Production

📋 Description

• Own the Time to First Production outcome area end to end: define its north-star metric(s), the
• Partner with Validation to measure the journey end-to-end and identify where to invest next.
• Set direction and prioritize across AI-assisted and agentic building experiences, onboarding
• Represent the outcome area to SLT, Product Marketing, and GTM with a clear, evidence-based
• Collaborate with other DRIs to maintain coherence across outcome areas and hand work across
• Ground roadmap decisions in real customer needs and feedback rather than internal assumptions.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Principal/Staff-level PM owning a cross-cutting, metrics-driven outcome
• Track record of building north-star metrics from scratch and partnering with data/analytics to
• Strong cross-functional leadership to align Engineering, Design, GTM, and executives around a
• Excellent written communication; ability to articulate strategy clearly in documents.
• Passion for customer experience and shaping remit as the outcome area evolves.
• Interest in AI-native and agentic ways of working where AI agents build, test, and re-engineer
