📋 Description

• Own Time to First Production outcome end to end
• Define north-star metrics and customer journey
• Lead roadmap and key initiatives across orgs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Experience leaders
• Represent outcome area to senior leadership and GTM
• Coordinate with other product outcomes for coherence

🎯 Requirements

• Principal, Staff, or senior PM with cross-functional ownership
• Strong background in B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Ability to establish north-star metrics and measurement frameworks
• Experience building strategy and roadmaps from customer evidence
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Clear written comms for multi-team directions
