📋 Description

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across cross-domain detection and response across endpoint, cloud
• Lead Elastic
• Be the trusted voice to explain why a single exposure matters among many, translating market needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align product direction with engineering and security
• Own roadmap prioritization and tradeoffs to enable rapid, machine-speed automation without analyst
• Represent product vision with senior stakeholders and customers to drive strategic alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in product management, with 4+ years in security or B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR/EDR/SIEM or security operations (SOC, detection engineering, incident
• Experience with exposure prioritization, asset context, and threat analytics.
• Ability to write actionable requirements; credible with engineering on feasibility and scope.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Executive presence with C-suite and VP stakeholders; comfortable delivering difficult news.
