📋 Description

• Lead subcontract proposal support for large, complex government proposal efforts, particularly
• Coordinate proposal activities involving multiple subcontractors while ensuring compliance with
• Develop partnerships with business development, capture, pricing, contracts, and program teams to
• Negotiate and manage NDAs, TAs, and other pre-award contractual documents.
• Identify contractual and procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare solicitation packages, support source selection, and assist with SOWs and BOE development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with training in contract management, procurement, or related
• Minimum of 7 years in government contract administration, subcontract management, or proposal
• Strong knowledge of government proposal and subcontract lifecycle, including Shipley methodologies.
• Understanding of FAR, procurement regulations, and agency supplements.
• Experience in price analysis, subcontract negotiations, and fair and reasonable pricing.
• Experience negotiating warranties, IP, indemnification, inspection, and risk allocation terms.
