🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in aerospace/defense, complex engineered products.
• Experience with new product development programs.
• Deep knowledge of quality engineering principles and lifecycle.
• Root-cause analysis, reliability engineering, risk management experience.
• AS9100 knowledge and aerospace regulatory familiarity.
