📋 Description

• Scale the clinical research function and roadmap at Headway.
• Lead projects from concept to execution with analysis and experiments.
• Develop standards for analysis and experimentation in clinical research.
• Translate insights into data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Manage the clinical research budget and resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in health services research/epidemiology/health economics with publications.
• Led research teams and obtained grant funding; advanced degree.
• Experience with patient outcomes and health insurance landscape.
• Cross-functional partnership with product, marketing, engineering, and ops.
• Significant experience with real-world health care data (claims, EHR).
• Hands-on analytics with SQL and Python/R; Snowflake, dbt, Looker.
