Lead centralized ops for ADME, Bioanalysis & Translational Sciences
Partner with scientific/tech leaders to align priorities

🎯 Requirements

PhD + 8+ yrs, MS + 14+ yrs, or BS + 16+ yrs in relevant field
Experience leading op workflows in complex labs
People leadership experience in scientific/operational setting
Robotics, automation, IT systems, digital enablement
Knowledge of compliance, quality systems, EHS
Strong analytical, communication & collaboration skills
