🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 7+ years in Java or Go backend development; 3+ years in architecture
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or Go (go-zero) microservice ecosystems; practitioners preferred.
• Experience designing and tuning high-concurrency and large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiar with microservice architecture, containerization, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with AI/large model related projects (risk control, model engineering) is a plus.
