📋 Description

• Act as molecule lead on pipeline programmes and provide technical leadership for assets.
• Develop and deliver drug discovery strategy aligned with AbbVie’s immunology aims.
• Serve as a key lab-focused scientist at the Oxford site and act as a scientific expert within
• Collaborate across immunology discovery research, development sciences, clinical development and
• Ensure high-quality project planning with sound experimental design and risk assessment.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge to build team capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience across multiple drug discovery programs with a cell depletion modality.
• BS, MS or PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific area.
• Proven ability to function as a principal investigator with original ideas and development
• Strong problem-solving, innovative technology adoption, and expert communication skills.
• Recognised expert in your discipline; publications/presentations/regulatory/patent record desirable.
