Principal Scientist, Translational Oncology – Single Cell and Spatial Genomics, Solid Tumors

📋 Description

• Lead discovery and translational projects via scRNA-seq and spatial biology.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to apply single-cell workflows in early clinical studies.
• Build and deploy multiomics capabilities to support models and real-world data (RWD).
• Design lab programs bridging clinical observations with mechanistic hypotheses.
• Mentor scientists and contractors; foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular/Cellular Biology, Immunology, or related field.
• 6+ years in oncology translational research with growth into senior roles.
• Deep expertise in cancer biology, tumor immunology, cell engineering, or neoantigen biology.
• Hands-on experience with single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, or multiomics platforms.
• Strong publication and/or patent record; proven cross-functional program leadership.
• Excellent scientific communication; ability to synthesize data for diverse audiences.
