• User-centred design coaching for teams and stakeholders
• Significant public sector/GDS project experience
• Plan and deliver effective research with User Researchers
• Strategy and systems thinking to meet client goals
• Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Prototyping leadership and evaluation activities
