🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software product development experience, delivering products used at scale by
• 7+ years of experience as a technical lead for product development teams.
• Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms.
• Strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
