📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership across engineering and product to shape architecture.
• Partner with engineering leadership, product, and business to define strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead technical discovery and planning for complex multi-team initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions, risks, milestones, and ownership.
• Guide architecture decisions across apps, data platforms, and cloud infra balancing reliability and security.
• Contribute directly to production code when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development, incl. 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven success leading major technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong coding, debugging, and architecture design experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new domains, languages, and tools.
• Experience turning business objectives into clear technical strategies.
• Experience mentoring engineers and improving team capabilities.
