Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Shape technical direction and architecture for Java-based CRM platforms across multiple squads.
• Lead modernization efforts: microservices, event-driven systems, cloud-native solutions, legacy
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and identify AI/automation opportunities across platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders to align domain and enterprise tech
• Mentor Tech Leads and senior engineers; guide engineering practices and SDLC excellence.
• Define architectural roadmaps and create technical docs, RFCs, and design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Data/JPA, Security).
• Experience with large-scale distributed microservices and event-driven systems (Kafka or similar).
• 7+ years cloud-native tech, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, relational and NoSQL DBs.
• Strong architectural, API design, domain-driven design, and enterprise platform engineering skills.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted software engineering tools, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI integration
• Experience with CRM platforms like Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze.
