🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering, with data infrastructure focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering value.
• Extensive data infra experience: Trino, Spark, Iceberg/Delta Lake, Kafka, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Go, Python, Typescript, and Rust; SQL expertise.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agentic development workflows and AI-first mindset.
