📋 Description

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Architect and deploy scalable GenAI solutions and agents.
• End-to-End GenAI Development: Build GenAI features, APIs, tools, and LLM integration.
• AI Agents & MCP Integration: Design MCP servers exposing data to AI workflows.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Guide frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Java/Kotlin/Node.js).
• LLM Observability & Reliability: Establish observability, evaluations, caching, latency optimizations.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor engineers and partner with product to translate visions into roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Extensive professional software engineering experience, senior/principal level.
• GenAI & Agentic Production Exposure: Deploy GenAI workflows and tool integrations in production.
• Full-Stack Expertise: Proficient in React/TypeScript and backend languages (Python, Java/Kotlin, Node.js).
• GenAI & MCP Knowledge: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, multi-agent architectures, MCP services.
• System Observability & Quality: Observability, logging, and performance monitoring across distributed systems.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication across engineering, product, and design teams.
