📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of Smartsheet's next-generation architecture for scalability
• Define and drive architecture strategy and key technical decisions shaping the platform's future.
• Architect and evolve Identity and Access foundation across enterprise, multi-entity, and regulated
• Craft and drive the strategy for Agentic Identity and AI agent authentication/authorization
• Review designs, guide cross-functional initiatives, and drive large-scale projects to completion.
• Foster technical leadership, mentoring senior engineers and influencing best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in system architecture and scalable, high-availability systems across multiple
• Deep hands-on expertise in Identity and Access Management including SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.x, SCIM
• Experience designing identity strategy for agentic/AI-driven systems, machine identities, token
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, microservices.
• Experience leading large-scale architectural transformations and influencing multiple teams.
• Web development fundamentals, data structures, OO design, and mentoring engineers.
