🎯 Requirements

• Cross-platform architecture at scale (RN, React; Flutter/Kotlin Multiplatform welcomed)
• Migration at scale: moving mature products to new architecture without downtime
• Principal-level technical leadership across multiple teams
• Strong system-level thinking, data structures, and trade-offs
• Mobile runtime knowledge: shared-code runtimes, native boundaries, performance profiling
