📋 Description

• Set technical direction for cloud-native platform across teams
• Own multi-cloud topology, control-plane design, and workload isolation at scale
• Partner with senior leaders to drive architectural decisions
• Design and build critical components like control planes and operators
• Mentor engineers and shape the organization’s technical leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years designing distributed systems in production; Kubernetes at scale
• Hands-on with hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and managed K8s (EKS/AKS/GKE)
• Leadership across multiple teams with architectural influence
• Deep expertise in operator/controller pattern, IaC, Crossplane, GitOps, CNI, service mesh
• Go programming and cloud-native tooling proficiency
